Product Incubation

Our product managers work with marketing and strategic planning teams to interact closely with the customers to get a deeper understanding of customer needs. Our objectives in this phase are to define a product value proposition and customer segment in order to refine the business model.

Product Definition

We create a product backlog which includes the features, associated business value and risks. We conduct various workshops with different stakeholder teams to balance the product definition and ensure alignment toward business goals and metrics. The second deliverable in this stage is the product roadmap, which includes MVPs and various feature launches to provide incremental value to the business at an accelerated time to market.

Product Development

Our product managers work in a client-defined agile methodology to ensure that they facilitate effective communication among the different teams, including the technical teams, during the product development phase. We have also coached our clients to adopt the best agile methodologies and product management processes.
