How Am I Growing Innovecture

My position allows me the opportunity to positively impact employees and the company. The better the company runs and the happier our employees are, the easier it is for our excellent staff to provide their time and talents to the services offered to our clients. I try to accomplish this with an eye toward our InCulture: Competency, Commitment, Communication, and Innovation.

My Previous Track Record

My career has focused on Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and Operations. My first HR role was with the O.C. Tanner Company where I saw first-hand the impact of positive work experiences. I try to utilize that perspective in the many interactions a company can have with candidates, employees, clients, vendors and the community.

Personally Speaking

I’ve spent a majority of my life living in Utah but have enjoyed time spent in several other states. When I’m not at work I’m usually with my wife and kids. We’ve tried to make the most of living in one of the most beautiful parts of the country.
