NEED

With a need to automate their manually intensive B2B payments process, the client embarked on a building a new B2B payments platform that leveraged its global merchant network. The inclusion of a configurable KYB/KYC was required, as was the inclusion of their suite of payment methods; ACH, Check and Token Card. The client also needed a plug-and-play API experience as well as compliance with all required legislation.

SOLUTION

The solution required defining the product roadmap, architecture, and design for the US market, then deliver it in parallel with the existing platform. The Agile-based product delivery included bespoke development and integration utilizing Java, Cobol, Angular JS, JSP, Mainframes, DB2, SQL, Oracle, WAS 8.5, and Restful API.

RESULTS

The new B2B payments Platform was defined, designed, and delivered within 12 months to meet US-MSB regulatory and statutory reporting requirements. The automated, secure and easy to use, one-stop platform caters to all business sizes and their B2B payment processes. New business partners can now be onboarded within hours instead of days. New features can now be deployed in 6 weeks, from concept to build to testing. In all, 3000+ test cases were automated and integrated by DevOps.
