Program Goal

The In-AI Literacy Training Plan develops AI fluency across all roles with clear competencies, targeted curricula, and practical delivery methods. It enables safe, compliant, and value-driven AI use aligned to business outcomes.

Audience Categorization / Training Structure

The program is structured around three distinct audience groups, each with a tailored learning path, objectives, and success criteria aligned to their role in the AI delivery lifecycle.

The program uses a T-shaped learning model: a mandatory foundational layer shared by all employees, topped by deep specialization tracks for each audience group. This ensures a universal baseline while enabling role-specific mastery.

Training is delivered through a blended mix of self-paced online modules, instructor-led virtual sessions, hands-on workshops, real-world POCs, and role-specific playbooks — calibrated to depth, reach, and budget per audience group. Foundational modules target all employees; specialization tracks are delivered to specific roles at the right time in their AI learning journey.
