HOW AM I GROWING INNOVECTURE

I am impressed with our current client base and the longevity of those marquee relationships. As a member of our Board of Advisors, I share the Innovecture story with long-time colleagues and partners who stand to benefit from our strengths in consulting, technology, and research services. This unique blend, coupled with our minority ownership status, positions Innovecture to stand out and accelerate business drivers for clients in a wide range of industries. I will ensure we achieve new partnerships and leverage our unique characteristics to continue our record of triple-digit growth.

My previous track record

As a transformation expert, I have served companies large and small, public and private, for more than 30 years.  Transformation requires fluid teams of diverse experts who collectively and swiftly achieve common goals. Championing and leading these teams commands my highly tuned skills, backed by strong technology capabilities and successful design and implementation of global services across every corporate operations function. Every business effort is unique. I successfully navigate and plan a successful corporate tomorrow. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech and my technology certification from James Madison University.

Personally speaking

I split my time between New York, Philadelphia, and my favourite place, Hilton Head, SC. My son is a postgraduate student at the University of Edinburgh and my daughter is an undergraduate studying guitar at Berklee College of Music. I love to golf, bike, read, and swim. Passionate about next-generation professional development, I volunteer with GenHERation, multiple renowned universities, and several industry non-profit organizations. I have never met a stranger.
